Our experience in circuit design is wide-ranging; low-noise audio circuits, or embedded computers with high-speed memory and networking; micro-power circuits for battery operation, or mains switching for 5kW dimming circuits. We work with you to convert your unique product requirements into a working circuit design using industry-standard CAD tools.
Design and implementation of real-time embedded software is a particular speciality at M4EMS, and we take pride in producing software which is robust and reliable, but also simple and efficient. Making best use of limited hardware resources is one way of keeping product costs down. Producing high quality, maintainable code is the best way of keeping support and maintenance costs down.
Designing an appropriate enclosure or mounting for the product is essential, as is the product styling which will be the first thing your customer sees of your product. We use 3D CAD and rapid prototyping methods to produce a real design that you can hold in your hands.
M4EMS have a full SMT Production line, and With 15 years experience in Surface Mount Technology M4EMS have the skills to deliver high quality product, from proto types to medium volume.
When the design is ready we can use our 3D printer to 'print' components in plastic so you can hold the product in your hand and review it with your own customers before committing to the cost of injection mould tooling. We also have access to a wide range of fabrication techniques to get those first prototypes off the drawing board and into the real world.
We can undertake final assembly and test to deliver you a complete ready-to-ship product.
